Service Description

Includes client communication at loan milestones, verification of employment, credit report order with supplements, appraisal order, title & escrow order, HOI binder, conditional approval items with client follow-up, Closing Disclosure, doc order, broker demand and loan reporting/wrap up in LOS system. LO is responsible for loan set-up, running/passing AUS/DU, initial submission, initial disclosure order, and CD approval.
