Equipped with a degree in Sustainable Business from the University of Redlands, I am driven by the triple bottom line philosophy - people, planet, profit. This ethos informs my approach to the mortgage industry. I began my career working for my family's mortgage brokerage firm, Penny Lane Financial, as fate threw me into the world of mortgage processing right in the midst of the refinance boom. Throughout my time as a processor I have been able to hone my skills and gain valuable experiences in processing various loans, from Conventional and VA to FHA and Reverse mortgages. My work has brought me in close collaboration with a diverse range of loan types and lenders, mortgage loan originators, and clients. This diverse experience has reinforced my commitment to delivering exceptional service with a sustainable and client-centric approach. I am excited to bring this passion and experience to the table, building a brighter future in the mortgage industry.
